IP already assigned to another network adapter

Scenario.

After replacing a network card, it happens that Windows maintains the IP configuration on the tab removed. This is because this is an IP network adapter is already assigned to another. So if we want to reset the new card with the same parameters, we are prevented.

set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices = 1
devmgmt.msc

Then on the menu of the Device Manager Window, click View and then Show Hidden Devices
